It's a pleasure having you in my class this semester.
This course teaches future managers how to use economic theory, microeconomics tools and analytical tools in managerial economics, such as optimization techniques in decision making and in solving real-world problems, in the context of organizational settings such as a firm or a government agency. The emphasis is put on demand analysis, estimation and forecasting, production and cost analysis, pricing, and output decision.
