A study on the professional issues in clinical mental health counseling as they relate to clinicians developing and running a private counseling practice after graduation.� This will include the history and philosophy of the counseling profession, the professional identity and role of clinical mental health counselors including marketing their practice, recruiting clients, electronic health records, creating a business plan, the public and private practice of mental health counseling as well as crisis intervention and the general framework of consultation.�
