This course explores spirituality in major worldviews and religious traditions with an emphasis on Christianity and African religions. The course will especially focus on expressions of spirituality found within traditional African and Adventist faith perspectives. The course also provides an introduction to the fundamental beliefs and practices of Hinduism, Buddhism, and Islam. The course is taught from a Christian perspective and provides the knowledge and skills need to balance personal faith with respect and understanding of the beliefs and practices of others.
