From smiling faces on fundraising posters to concerns about radicalization, children and youth are a vital part of community and international development. Drawing from anthropological and development theory, research, and practice, this course examines the ways children and youth are connected to, impacted by, and reshaping local and global development and reframing possibilities for what it means to be young.
