This course will focus on the management of humanitarian and development programs/projects. It will provide students with the opportunity to gain a systematic and comprehensive understanding of key concepts and skills essential to effective program and project management. Different theories and practices will be presented to enable students to deliver results that address the beneficiaries' real needs.
