Discover their particular lifestyle, social behaviors, family rituals and shared values. Discover what makes French cuisine so appealing, and France the culinary capital of the world. Learn about the different regions of France gastronomy, the history of some famous dishes, the essential French vocabulary related to food and how to prepare your own French specialties!�Course taught in both English and French. One hour of lab per week is required.
